By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 88ef (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "our," or "88ef"), you, the user ("you," "the Player," or "the Account Holder"), unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplemental policies published on this website, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the 88ef platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To be eligible to register and use 88ef, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. 88ef strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. It is a serious criminal offence in most jurisdictions for underage individuals to engage in gambling, and 88ef is committed to preventing underage access.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension on 88ef or any affiliated platform.
• Not a problem gambler under treatment: You must not be undergoing formal treatment for gambling addiction at the time of registration or active use of the platform.
• Sole account holder: You must be registering and operating solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not an 88ef employee or affiliate: Employees of 88ef, its affiliates, software providers, or payment processors are prohibited from holding player accounts on the platform.

88ef reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including CNIC verification, age confirmation documents, or source-of-funds information. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full services of 88ef, you are required to register a player account. By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual natural person may hold only one 88ef account. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide your legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and notify 88ef promptly of any changes.
• Pakistani mobile number: Your registered mobile number serves as your primary account identifier on 88ef. It must be a number registered in your legal name and accessible by you for OTP-based verification at all times.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88ef account password. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to notify 88ef immediately of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.
• Account verification: 88ef may require you to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including at registration, upon reaching deposit thresholds, or before processing withdrawals. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and proof of payment method ownership.

88ef reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion, in accordance with its compliance and risk management obligations.

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your 88ef account, whether or not carried out by you personally. You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, including:

• Never disclosing your password, OTP codes, or any security credentials to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent 88ef — 88ef staff will never request your password via any communication channel.
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices and enabling device lock on personal devices.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number, which is available in Account Settings.
• Reporting suspicious account activity or suspected unauthorised access to 88ef support immediately via in-app live chat.

88ef will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. In the event that 88ef suspects that an account has been compromised or is being misused, it reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation without prior notice.

All financial transactions on 88ef are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: 88ef accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and retail cash agents. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your 88ef balance within minutes of confirmed payment processing. 88ef does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (CNIC and payment method confirmed) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals from verified accounts are typically processed within 30–45 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within 1–4 business hours. Processing times during peak periods or for large amounts may be extended.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of the request.
• 88ef reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, which may require additional documentation regarding source of funds.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

88ef reserves the right to reverse a deposit or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

88ef offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated for individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The required wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be claimed and wagered within the stated validity window. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 88ef reserves the right to exclude players from specific promotions based on account history, geographic location within Pakistan, or bonus abuse indicators.
• No abuse: Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, exploiting promotion loopholes, or using third-party staking algorithms specifically designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Modifications: 88ef reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the promotions page and applicable to all active participants from the date of announcement.

All bets, wagers, and gaming sessions on 88ef are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. The following general rules apply across all 88ef products:

• Accepted bets: A bet is only valid and accepted once it has been confirmed in your bet history within your 88ef account. Confirmation messages are provided in real time within the platform interface.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to server errors, software failures, or connectivity interruptions — 88ef reserves the right to void affected bets or gaming rounds and restore balances to their pre-error state.
• Odds and markets: Odds displayed on the 88ef sportsbook reflect current market conditions and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. 88ef reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors, and bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided at 88ef's discretion.
• Event outcomes: The settlement of sportsbook bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body — for PSL, this is the PCB; for international cricket, the ICC. 88ef's determination of official result sources is final.
• Live betting: Live (in-play) betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without notice, including during active play, due to changing event conditions or data feed issues. Bets already accepted and confirmed prior to suspension remain valid.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-bet or single-session winnings caps apply on 88ef and are displayed within the relevant game or market. Winnings exceeding applicable caps will be reduced to the stated limit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88ef platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, identity fraud, deposit fraud, or payment method fraud
• Attempting to launder money or use 88ef as a vehicle for any financial crime
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format available on 88ef
• Exploiting software glitches, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Sharing account credentials, funds, or bonuses with third parties
• Using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by 88ef

88ef reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other prohibited activity
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider relating to deposits on the account
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age
• Discovery of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual
• Request by the account holder via the self-exclusion process
• Regulatory instruction or court order

Upon closure of an account for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), 88ef may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including self-exclusion), any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any applicable amounts will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account for any reason may request closure via the 88ef support channel. Account closure requests are processed within 24–48 hours.

88ef is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to minimising gambling-related harm. The following tools and obligations apply to all 88ef accounts:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account via the Account Settings section. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Wager and loss limits: Players may set wagering and loss caps on a per-session or periodic basis. These limits apply across all 88ef products.
• Session time alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been logged in for a specified period.
• Reality check: 88ef provides periodic pop-up notifications during extended gaming sessions reminding players of their session duration and net balance change.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may set a self-imposed break from gambling of 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month. During a cooling-off period, the account remains accessible for non-gambling functions (e.g., balance withdrawal) but no betting or gaming is permitted.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may permanently self-exclude their 88ef account via Account Settings without requiring support contact. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months, after which re-activation requires a formal request, a cooling-off period, and confirmation of suitability.

All content published on the 88ef platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and game content, is the property of 88ef or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 88ef platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any platform content without prior written authorisation from 88ef
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any platform content or software
• Use the 88ef brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without written permission
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the 88ef platform by automated means

Any unauthorised use of 88ef intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and applicable intellectual property law, and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ef, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical errors, system failures, or interruptions in platform availability
• Losses arising from delayed, failed, or incorrectly processed transactions
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content
• Any gambling losses incurred as a result of using 88ef services

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 88ef's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 88ef's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your 88ef account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88ef reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in platform functionality, changes in payment methods offered, or updates to responsible gaming obligations.

When material amendments are made, 88ef will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the 88ef platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised agreement.

If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account, following which any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 88ef holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from your use of the 88ef platform.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of Pakistan. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable local law, the local law provision shall prevail to the minimum extent necessary to ensure compliance.

88ef aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within 5–10 business days, depending on complexity. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, escalation procedures in accordance with 88ef's licensing obligations will be followed.
